    • 5X / WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE SPORT OF CROSSFIT
      TTT COMPETE is for athletes at any level looking to sharpen their skills, increase their strength, and build their capacity for competing in the sport of CrossFit.

    • 90 MINS TO 2 HOURS
      Plan on each session typically taking this long to complete including your setup and warm-up/cool-down. 60 min options are available for those with tighter schedules in our RX and Master’s path.

    • SEASONAL SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING
      TTT Compete programming is built around the CrossFit Games season. Each cycle ranges from 8-12 weeks and peaks at different times of the season based on skill level.

    • TRAINING PATHS FOR EVERY SKILL LEVEL
      You’ll have access to our Beginner, Intermediate, Rx, Masters, or Elite training path AND our 20+ additional skill training programs!

    • ACCESS TO OUR COACHES AND COMMUNITY
      Through the WodUp app, you’ll have access to our “Water Cooler” to keep in touch with our coaches and entire community of athletes.

    • The ELITE PATH is designed for Games & Semifinal level athletes who can train multiple times per day for competition and plan to peak for either the semifinals or games. 

    • The RX PATH is built for athletes who are very competent in all the skills of the sport. This athlete has goals of crushing quarterfinals with the hope of making a semifinal. Also included in RX is a reduced volume/intensity variety for those who are short on time.

    • The MASTERS PATH is built for the wisest athletes among us who simultaneously refuse and embrace the aging process. Our year revolves around maximizing your ability to compete during the AGQ.

    • The INTERMEDIATE PATH is for athletes who need help developing the skills and strength required to move into the top 25% in order to qualify for the CrossFit quarterfinals.

    • The BEGINNER PATH is for those who are just getting into the sport of CrossFit but have a desire to compete at any level. This is a 12-week program that will focus on building foundational strength, gymnastics skills, and endurance so the athlete can then graduate into one of our other competitive divisions.

      All of our fitness programs are built for those athletes who no longer compete in CrossFit but want a more balanced or specific approach to their training. To look and feel your best, you do not have to train like a full-time competitive athlete.

    • The ENDURANCE PATH is designed for our heavy breathers! We utilize every modality from rowing to running with targeted progressions each cycle.

    • The BODYBUILDING PATH is built for those who want to get bigger and stronger, and do bodybuilding exercises that can be done in a typical CrossFit gym. Our bodybuilding path will follow linear progressions in a standard bodybuilding split, with a focus on building muscle mass.

    • The MINIMAL EQUIPMENT PATH is made to be accessible no matter where you are or how much you have to work with. Whether you have nothing or a set of dumbbells, we will get it working!

    • The TTT60 PATH takes us back to the classic days of the Affiliate but at the comforts of your home gym. From start to finish, get a full 60 mins of a balanced mix of strength work, skill progressions, and fun mixed modal testers.

    • The MOVEMENT & MOBILITY PATH is designed for anybody and everybody who wants to get their body moving BETTER. This program can be plugged in alongside ANY of our programs or can serve as a standalone path to include more movement in your life. Not just stretching— its learning more about your body’s needs.
