C. Front squat; 5x5; rest 2 min (score is cumulative load for the 5 sets)

Coach’s Note: Today's part 2 session is a more testing style strength and strength endurance session. This would be a 'bridge' session which is trying to help you simulate a competitive style testing situation in training. In sport, I believe the best athletes are the ones who are most consistent with their lifting on the competition floor. So in this session, try to hit as close to your pr numbers and focus on not missing any lifts instead of trying to use it as an opportunity to reach for lifetime pr's. Consistency as a priority over intensity for today.
