Look at your “Full Week” every Sunday.

Every Sunday at 12pm EST (1600 GMT) your full week of training will be posted in the “Full Week” section of this site. We do this so you can plan your training week and ask questions prior to the training day. Questions can be asked in the comments section under the “Full Week”


Login in daily to see that days workout.

At midnight EST (0400 GMT) the DSGN homepage will be updated to show that days workouts for each training path.


Post your training results for the day.

The athletes we coach who track and report their results on a consistent basis always make the most progress. Click the “comment” button under each day’s training to post your results for that day.

*This program is not written months in advance. We regularly use the feedback provided in each day’s comments to update the program. If you want to directly impact the direction of the training then be sure to post your results!


Get feedback from a coach.

Our coaches will be interacting only with the athletes who post their results in the comments each day. So if you’d like feedback or would like to have a question answered make sure you are active in the comments.

In the video library you’ll find some education we believe is helpful for those trying to be competitive and the FAQ will answer some questions you may have, so make sure to check those out.


After your 7-day trial ends…

Follow the private DSGN Instagram account.

Once you are a paying member of the program you can request to follow our private IG page “TTTDSGN”.

We’re trying this as a tempory experiment for 8-weeks from July 1st - Aug 24th to see how everyone likes it. If everyone loves it we’ll likely continue with it into the future.

Once you have been approved, you will be able to see your workouts each day on IG.

And special to Instagram, each day we will indicate one section of the day’s training to be tracked leaderboard style in the IG comments. We’ll still ask that you post your full training results on the DSGN website, but this addition will allow us a fun and quick way to see a score/time for one part of the workout and to know where we all stack up.

Our on-site group follows the DSGN 1-week ahead, which will allow us to post some scores/times for you to see before you train and occasionally some videos of what they do.

And finally we hope to just build a better community by reposting some of our members videos while also making it easier for you to keep tabs on each other by following your friends in the program.
